Meet Robin
Businesswoman, Performing Artist, Spiritual Director and Community Advocate.
Robin Kencel is a purpose-driven businesswoman, athlete and active member of the Connecticut community. She is committed to enriching the lives of seniors and supporting educational and leadership opportunities for female youth, particularly in underserved communities. She remains focused on progressing the conversation in advancing economic empowerment and leadership preparedness.
With over two decades of experience as a real estate broker in Connecticut, she leads the Robin Kencel Team for Compass and is consistently ranked as one of the top brokers nationally. Robin is also a competitive ballroom dancer and seven-time United States Pro-Am Champion. She is currently ranked number one in the nation in her division. Robin is available to using her talent and passion for dance to perform at galas and fundraisers for nonprofits.
Robin serves on the Board of Advisors at Bellarmine College of Fairfield University and is a mentor for Girls With Impact. She holds a certificate in spiritual direction in the Ignatian tradition from Fairfield University and works with both groups and individuals.
Raised in Hamden, CT, Robin completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and earned a Masters in Management from Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
