In the Jesuit tradition of serving urban communities and opening access to education for all, Fairfield Bellarmine offers strong professional preparation and enhanced academic support to low-income and first-generation students in Bridgeport and surrounding Connecticut communities. Grounded in a rigorous liberal arts tradition, Bellarmine students pursue two-year associate’s degrees, following their choice among four academic track options: business, computer science, liberal studies or health studies. Graduates will be prepared to either pursue further studies toward a bachelor’s degree or embark on a meaningful professional career.

Girls with Impact
Girls With Impact’s mission is to equip all young women with the skills, tools and network to succeed in business and beyond. Girls With Impact is an online 8-10 week program (mini-MBA) for girls ages 12-18, equipping them with skills, confidence and entrepreneurship that set them apart when it comes to their future success and college resume.

Teach For America CT
Teach For America finds, develops and supports equity-oriented leaders to transform education and expand opportunity for all children. The CT program is centered around vibrant urban centers: Hartford, New Haven and Bridgeport. Teach for America's City Teams foster partnerships with leaders and organizations in these cities to build coalitions. They work in partnership with students, families, educators and community leaders to develop a contextualized vision for student success. The result? Deeper relationships, community centered, stronger networks and greater impact.
